enhance your own coaching, consulting or training

3. Share the Friday Mind Massage ezine with your friends, family and colleagues. Simply forward your copy of the ezine or send an email inviting them to sign up. That way, you can do your "special mindfulness assignments" together each week and share what you are learning! It's great to have a merry mindfulness partner!

4. Start your own Mindful Pranksters Club where you live!
Get together with a couple of other people who are interested in awareness and creativity and dream up some simple, playful, inspiring, kind and anonymous ways to support and celebrate the treasures in your community. I've made it really easy for you--you'll have free access to tips, tricks, stories from other Mindful Pranksters and other goodies.

5. Incorporate Real-World Mindfulness Training™
