You want more. You're longing to wade into your worries and really discover what electrifies you, limits you, or inspires you to be your best.
Are you ready to open up to a brand new perspective and make lasting changes in your life?
If you've recognized that you need a partner to help you REALLY move from quiet contemplation to eyes-wide-open connection and laugh-out-loud collaboration, I hope you'll consider jumping into a personalized, intensive one-on-one mindfulness training program with me.
It's not easy. It's not for everyone.
It requires a serious commitment of at least one hour per day, five days per week for a solid month.
Some days, we'll talk by phone. Some days, we'll correspond by email or instant message.
And on many days, you will have some work to do. Okay, it's PLAYFUL work, but it's important and powerful and you really have to DO it in order to take steps in a whole new direction.
